About Us: 

The NYSHBA was formed 50+ years ago to establish a friendly interchange of ideas among its members; to promote the breeding and improvement of horses and ponies in New York State and to aid its members in buying, breeding and selling premium animals.  Our biggest event to promote this association is an all-breed horse show we sponsor each spring. 

Membership: 

Members are comprised of NYS equine breeds organizations that are nationally chartered, representing a nationally recognized equine breed. If your breed organization is not represented, you may apply in writing to the President of this organization. Please contact the President for more information.
